Transparent in the Light

One of the characteristics of a good team/fellowship is transparency—where communication is marked by openness, truth, and trust.  Fellowship of the Son > Joy, Participation > Union, pledged to constant faith and abiding love in Christ.  But sin will continue to jeopardize the sweetness of that fellowship: personal sin, temptations of the world, and attacks of the anti-christs (1:5-2:29).  Today consider how our personal sin threatens to disrupt the joy and trust of our fellowship.
