Taking Captive Captivity

Although we all know well the story and what is about to transpire, as Jesus moves with His disciples to a secluded garden to pray, we can’t help but wonder that there isn’t a different result.  Could Jesus, with all His miracle working, really be captured?  But the arrest takes place, not however, without significant drama.  Judas, Jesus, and Peter are the chief characters in this drama.  [Judas—mob—JESUS—mob—Peter]   In this scene, Judas and Peter have a common vulnerability, but Jesus stands out, even in arrest, in glorious contrast.
