Kindle Afresh the Gift

Reading this epistle a few months back, I was challenged by the way it is so personal about the daily basics of living for Jesus.  It helped to reexamine and challenge my devotional walk.  I thought you might appreciate encouragement in your devotional life too, but when the worship committee expressed the desire for a series of special revival services, I knew I wasn’t the only one hungry for spiritual encouragement.  For that reason, even as we anticipate what the Lord will do among us in the special 9/11-13 services, let's spend some time in 2 Timothy, asking God to soften and prepare our hearts for whatever He choses to do among us.
